Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes one person or more in a party may need to cancel their holiday (see Notes below) and in return we ask that you understand that we are unlikely to fill a place at short notice and therefore the following cancellation policy applies:
Holiday cancelled (receipt date of your cancellation is when we receive your cancellation by email, phone or letter):
Up to 8 weeks prior to start date of holiday – Deposit retained; all other money refunded.
8 weeks or less prior to start date of holiday – 50% of holiday price per person refunded.
4 weeks or less prior to start date of holiday – 25% of holiday price per person refunded.
2 weeks or less prior to start date of holiday – No refund of holiday price per person.
If circumstances outside of our control mean that we must cancel your booking with us, an alternate holiday date will be offered or all money including deposit will be refunded in full.
Notes
In order to cover cancellation costs, we advise that all party members take out holiday / travel insurance to cover them for any cancellation costs from the time we confirm your booking.
