Family or Group Activity Holiday

Let us take away the ‘what shall we do today’ question and provide an itinerary of activities for your holiday with the price of all activities included in your holiday price and almost all your food and drink.

Our family or group activity holiday is for organised groups of four people or more, with a designated family or group leader.

The holiday is perfect for families with children aged 6 and older and for those who want a value for money, activity packed holiday in a beautiful, scenic, traditional area of Austria.

Prior to your arrival we will work with the family or group leader to put together an itinerary for the week, with the flexibility to make changes once you are here . For details of all the activities you can select from, here in the Lungau, see our Summer Activities page.

We will organise everything for you, so from the moment you arrive you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Your week would look something like this:

Arrival day – for early arrivals, a village information trail hunt

Day 1 – Guided day out hiking to a mountain lake

Day 2 – Gondola ride and mountain top walk and afternoon of archery (lesson included)

Day 3 – Morning White water rafting * and afternoon at the pool

Day 4 – Free day (Activity of choice – see Summer activities)

Day 5 – Guided valley Bike ride or mountain bike trek

Day 6 – Activity centre

Departure day – for late departures, a village information trail hunt or visit to swimming pool

All activities arranged are included in the price of your holiday and we can tailor the activities to the requirements of the family or group. In addition to the days out there will also be:

• Organised table football competitions

• Quizzes and treasure hunts

• Swimming pool visits

• Visits to castles or museums and the local town

• For families, an option of a children-free morning for parents

* White water rafting is dependent on the weather and numbers (a minimum of 6 participants is required). If for any reason this activity cannot be completed, an alternative will be arranged with you and the cost of the white water rafting refunded.
